Features

Every tool, in the order you use it.

Detail Suite covers a detailing business from the first inquiry to the accountant's export. Features are grouped here by the part of the work they belong to, so you can see how they connect rather than reading a list of sixteen equal boxes.

01 · Booking and clients

Take bookings while you are working.

A client-facing booking page carries your service menu and your availability. Everything a client enters becomes part of their record, so you never retype a vehicle.

  • Online booking page

One link to share on your site, your Google profile and in texts. Clients choose a service, a vehicle size and an open time.

  • Payment at booking

Choose what is collected when a client books: nothing, a deposit, or the full amount. Optionally keep a card on file.

  • Client and vehicle history

Every client profile holds each of their vehicles, every past service and your notes, so quoting a repeat client takes seconds.

  • Leads pipeline

Track inquiries through pipeline stages until they become booked jobs, so a quote that went quiet does not get forgotten.

02 · Scheduling and routing

A calendar that knows about vans, bays and drive time.

The schedule is the center of the app. It is built for both mobile and shop work, and switches modes so the right tools are up front.

  • Day, week and month views

Drag to book, color per technician, recurring jobs and time blocks. Bay assignments keep shop days organized.

  • Route optimization

Shows the shortest drive order for a day's mobile stops using real map data, and suggests the best day and time when you book a new job.

  • Dispatching

Assign and move stops between technicians as the day changes.

  • Live crew map and GPS clock-ins

When technicians clock in, see where the crew is on a live map.

  • Mobile and shop modes

Switch the whole app between a mobile layout and a shop layout to match how you work that day.

  • Recurring jobs

Set a recurring job once and it returns to the schedule on its own cadence.

03 · Client communication

Texting from a business number that comes with the account.

Clients expect a text, not an email. Detail Suite includes a dedicated business phone number, and the routine messages send themselves.

  • Dedicated business phone number

Included with every account. Keep business messages off your personal phone number.

  • Two-way SMS

Reply to clients from any device, with the whole conversation kept on their record.

  • Automatic confirmations, reminders and follow-ups

Confirmations when a job is booked, reminders before the appointment, and a follow-up after.

  • Review requests

Text a review link after a job is marked complete to keep Google reviews coming in.

  • Consent and opt-outs

Clients agree to texts when they book and can stop at any time by replying STOP. See the SMS policy.

04 · On the job

The tools a technician reaches for in the driveway.

Quoting, approval, timing, photos and chemistry, all on the phone that is already in your pocket.

  • Estimates with digital approval

Send a branded estimate by text. When the client approves, it becomes a pending job on the schedule.

  • Job timers and average times

Clock each job and watch real average times per service build up, so your quotes match reality.

  • Before and after photos

Before and after photos attach to the job, so you have proof of condition and material for your marketing.

  • Waivers and e-signatures

Collect a signature in person or by sending a link, with optional inspection photos attached before the work starts.

  • Dilution calculator

Enter a ratio and a bottle size and get the exact amounts of product and water.

  • Price by the foot

Automatic pricing by length for boats and RVs.

05 · Invoicing and payments

One invoice, every way a client pays.

Card payments run through your own Square account. Everything else is recorded on the same invoice, so the ledger is complete without a spreadsheet.

  • Branded invoices

Built from the job, with the deposit already applied and a receipt texted to the client.

  • Card payments through Square

Connect your Square account and take cards on invoices and deposits.

  • Cash, check, Venmo and Zelle

Record other payment methods on the invoice so every dollar shows up in reports.

  • Tax rates

Keep a library of named tax rates, set a default and override it per job when you work across jurisdictions.

06 · Team and payroll

Unlimited team members, and payroll built from their work.

There are no per-user fees, so every technician and office person gets their own login with the permissions you choose.

  • Roles and permissions

Decide what each person can see and do, from a technician's own schedule to full owner access.

  • Clock-ins and production

Clock-ins, jobs completed and job times roll up per technician.

  • Hourly, flat-rate or commission

Pay structures per team member, with commission tracked automatically from completed work.

  • Pay stubs

Generate a stub for each team member every pay period.

07 · Reporting and accounting
