How does the free trial work?
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial of the full product. A card is required to start, nothing is charged during the trial, and billing begins on day 8 at $97 per month unless you cancel first.
Are there per-user fees?
No. One Detail Suite subscription covers your whole team at $97 per month. Add technicians, office staff or a second van without changing your bill.
Is there a contract?
No. Detail Suite is billed month to month and you can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Do I need my own texting service or phone number?
No. A dedicated business phone number for two-way texting is included with your account. Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups send from that number.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Clients, jobs and transactions can be exported to CSV at any time, and sales and transactions can be exported for QuickBooks.
Which payment methods can I accept and record?
Card payments run through Square, connected to your own Square account. Cash, check, Venmo and Zelle payments are recorded on the same invoice so your ledger stays complete.
What if I am switching from another tool?
